A confused floor plan and narrow extension was replaced by open-plan living, new utility & services and a large new dormer in the attic. The new extension ties together the building visually and allows easy access to the garden. Sight lines throughout the ground floor are improved and thermal performance is improved. The attention to details make the space dynamic and yet cosy.
