Anstey Cottage

The Cottage was constructed originally as a pair of dwellings, dating from mid 19th century. The property was converted to a single dwelling in the 1960s. A flat roofed two storey rear extension was created on the site of an earlier extension to provide a new staircase, bathroom and kitchen during this period.

A north facing upvc conservatory extension was added in 2008 on the site of a former extension of approximately the same footprint, dating from the 1960’s. The conservatory is of little benefit to the current owner. The proposal is for a small garden room-cum-study for the owner to incorporate an accessible wet room. internal alterations will re-order the house with a new kitchen cum dining room in the main house. A new entrance hall for coats and boots will be added.
